I just want to say that Madeline(without even trying) has successfully turned me into a iCiNG addict.

My sister pulled me into watching the season finale of So You Think You Can Dance with her. I've seen bits of the show better and a few dances, and I already knew that Twitch didn't really deserve to be held on the same level as Josh. I was kind of pissed that Katee got called off before him, she was AMAZING.
but I'm cool with Josh winning. plus, he's from Forth Worth, and I automatically have a soft spot for anyone from my metroplex, hah.
(rants the girl who didn't even keep up with the showww.)

and my taste in music just keeps getting cheesier and cheesier. I like the way they say "ayuh" rather than "air".
oh, and the lense on my camera is broken ]: thank the lord for warranties! now I just need to bug my grandma into taking me to Best Buy. and Borders while I'm at it, there are some new Francesca Lia Block books I want need.

so last night, my dad walked into my room, and the following conversation ensued:

Dad: Sophie, do you think I'm controlling?
Me: No.. not anymore than a parent is supposed to be, really.
Dad: Good. because if you didn't, you weren't going to ever see Sebastian again.
Me: ... What?
Dad: I just saw a thing on the news saying that kids who think their parents are controlling are more likely to have sex at an earlier age.

and then he left before I could say anything.
